To all seminar participants, visitors and guests: Agreement to hold harmless, waiver and assumption of risk. I understand that attendance to a Schutzhund Handler Seminar is not without risk to me, members of my family, guest who may attend, or my dog because some of the dogs to which I will be exposed may be difficult to control and may be the cause of injury even when handled with the greatest amount of care.

I hereby WAIVE and RELEASE the Johann Platt Schaeferhunde Verein, Misty Ridge Animal Resort and Joyce Burdette, their employees, officers, members and agents FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY OF ANY NATURE, for injury or damages resulting from the action of any dog, and I expressly assume the risk of such danger or injury while attending this seminar, or any other function of the Johann Platt Schaeferhunde Verein or while on the training (seminar) grounds or the surrounding area thereto.

I further AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the organizations and individuals listed above, their employees, officers, members and agents from any and all claims by members of any family or any other person accompanying me to the seminar while on the grounds or the surrounding area thereto as a result of any action by any dog including my own.

All dogs on the premises will kept within the confines of their owner’s vehicle during the seminar. I have read and understand the rules as stated above and will be in full compliance:
